ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Associate for Jason Dunn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Prospecting for potential customers.
- Following-up with leads.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Compensation $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
