"I went here last year because it was the cheapest right around especially with the drive safe and Save. After months of me going around and driving I get a bill for 50 something dollars saying that my drive safe and save was never activated so I gave them another chance. Paid for 6 months worth of service. With the drive safe & Save and now all the sudden one of their systems doesn't recognize me as a customer at all and their other system says I'm a customer, but yet will not allow me to access the app that allows for the drive safe and Save. Buyer beware"
