"Betty Holtzclaw is the main reason I am still with this insurance agency. Even when she is swamped, she still finds the time to be kind and generous and treats you like you're the only person there. If you are confused or have a problem, she will search and find the solution. Something that is rare these days.Most places or businesses treat the customer as just one more step toward closing time Betty is invaluable, frankly Jason, I believe she deserves a raise. I still believe she still deserves a raise, or at least get paid the same if not more than Mike or Michael. I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. I have seen Betty Holtzclaw spin plates in the air and answer the phone plus deal with walk-ins. She is the epitome of a great employee. She is my angel."
